We add your inventory (which will populate your digital fresh sheet), as well as add your delivery, profile and customer details. We then set up your website, mobile, social and email channels. You simply need to turn on automated marketing, maintain inventory availability and watch the orders come in!
Simply enter your sign in to discover all items available to be delivered to you or near you (direct local delivery, pickup, meet up or direct shipping). It there are no farmers currently delivering to your area, you may still see items that are shipped direct from farmers (think Vermont Maple Syrup or avocados).
Pricing varies based on the plan that makes the most sense for your farm! For the Beginner Plan we host your digital fresh sheet with access to your fresh sheet across web, social and email. If you want us to also build you a website OR add a stand-alone ordering page on an existing website, sign up for the Intermediate Plan! The Advanced Plan nails all channels PLUS we build a Custom-Mobile App for your farm.

Yes, there is a one-time set-up fee applied based on the plan you select. This cost relates directly to the work to be completed on your behalf to configure your account. If you choose a Custom-Mobile App, there is an annual fee assessed by Apple to support your App Store listing and Apple Developer Account.
Customers can pay with credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and other banks accepted cards), (direct bank-to-bank transfer) For credit, or debit cards is processed then deposited directly into your account!
No! Cool, right? We do not markup farmers’ prices. That said, Buyers are assessed a 1% service fee to cover hosting and support tickets (questions). For ACH and credit card purchases, Buyers pay the service fee at the time of purchase. However, if a Buyer opts to pay by check, the service fee is added to their final check amount (that they write to you), and is then charged to the farmers Credit Card at the close of each month.
Agroangeal uses Paystack for buyer credit card processing, payment to sellers, and support for related transactions such as refund management. We use Paystack to process ACH and CC and route the money directly into your account.
Paystack is the partner we use to process credit card transactions; they are a standard payment solution across large online marketplaces. Paystack is a certified as a Level 1 Service provider - the most stringent certification re: security, privacy and compliance.
You do NOT need a separate account with Paystack! We have built it into the backend so you have a seamless experience - and get paid quickly. You can track orders, deposits, issue refunds or alter orders or invoices all through your Agroangeal dashboard :).

Yes! In fact you can manage multiple pricing sheets - and determine what customers see what price for any given item. This includes but is not limited to different pricing for consumers, wholesale, and private pricing for specific customer(s).
I already have a website but my customers cannot currently place orders on my website. Can you help with that? Yes! We love helping with that! Whether farmers need us to build a website from scratch - with online ordering - or add a stand-alone online ordering page to their website, well that’s what we do. We make sure you have consistent ordering across all online channels.
A website is one place for customers to order online - why not be on every online channel? Some of your customers may navigate to your site, others prefer an email prompt, will see your ordering on social channels or want to order via a mobile app. We make sure you sell food wherever your customers want to order.
